Ann McKenzie, a Mindfulness Teacher Trainer is delivering an 8-week MBSR Course.
This will take place for approximately 1 hour via Microsoft Teams on a Tuesday evening at 7pm starting on the 1 April 2025.
Mindfulness is a holistic approach and has been proven to help reduce stress & anxiety and improve mental health & wellbeing.
