It is now possible to book appointments with staff from the Municipality of Heerlen at JFC Brunssum to apply for and obtain a Citizen Service Number (BSN) and subsequently, a Digital Identification (DigiD).
These are required if you have a dog to register in the Netherlands or if you want to access Dutch medical records.
Appointments are held in Building 100.
