We can all improve our social health status by connecting with others, communicating more effectively and engaging in the extensive range of activities that the Army provides, such as sporting activity, networks and specialist interest groups.
This will result in an increased sense of belonging within our Army community and will have positive effects on our emotional, physical and mental health and overall wellbeing.
