"You don’t need any existing knowledge or experience of tax to apply, but we are looking for the following skills and personal qualities:

• a good level of computer literacy
• an interest in solving IT issues
• confidence when using unfamiliar software
• ability to handle difficult conversations
• good ability to document and maintain a robust audit trail
• good organisational skills to enable you to effectively prioritise and manage your workload
• good verbal and written communication skills
