JOB VACANCY - HR Administration Clerk, UK NSE

 

VACANCY: HR ADMINISTRATION CLERK 
A HR Administration Clerk position within the UK National Support Element (NSE) Brunssum will soon become vacant. 
It is a part-time category S4 position of 25 hours per week. The starting rate of pay is € 1189.33 gross per month, going up to a maximum of € 1394.67 in 7 annual increments. 

It should be noted that due to the nature of this position, the successful applicant will need to undergo a Category 2 Security Check and that UK security requirements preclude the employment of non-UK nationals in this position.

The HR Administration Clerk is primarily responsible for the daily provision of arrivals, departures and allowances support to NSE supported personnel and their immediate family members. The HR Administration Clerk is expected to assist with all other NSE HR functions as directed by the Chief Clerk. 

The post is a customer-focused position requiring excellent written and verbal communicative skills which can be adapted to any audience and situation. The confidential nature of the duties requires all information managed within the workplace to be treated with the strictest discretion. 

The role requires excellent administrative and organisational skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel. As there is a requirement to use the Joint Personnel Administration (JPA) system to update personnel and pay records, applicants must complete professional online training. 

In addition to the above, applicants must demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and capacity to work independently, as well as being a resourceful and proactive team member. Applicants should hold a valid category B Driving Licence, whilst HR experience and/or experience of working within a military environment are desirable.
